“Don’t just play your guitar—build bridges with it. Between genres, cultures, and hearts.”
From judging elite competitions at IIT Kharagpur to performing across India and beyond, Anjan Roy Chowdhury’s journey with the guitar is both expansive and electric. A seasoned producer, songwriter, and composer, Anjan’s music has made waves across continents—his singles Two Faces and Let Me Go have aired on UK-based EGH Radio and were featured on Nexa Music, mentored by A.R. Rahman and Clinton Cerejo. His tracks even became theme songs for MG Motors. Whether it’s sharing a stage with The Bluegrass Journeymen (USA) at the American Center or opening for Indian Ocean, Anjan fuses melody with message, skill with soul. With mastery over electric and acoustic guitars, fluency in music theory, and an uncanny gift for performance direction, he continues to inspire through both his teaching and storytelling. His latest release, Shukriya, is just the beginning of a deeper musical archive still unfolding.
